PulseForge Marketing — Refund Policy

At PulseForge Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the work we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

​Due to the nature of digital marketing services—which require time, strategy, and resource investment—most fees are non-refundable once work has begun. However, we do offer limited refunds under certain conditions described below.

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

 

a. No Work Has Begun

 

If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has started, you may receive a 100% refund.

 

b. Project-Based Services (e.g., web design, branding, one-time campaigns)Refunds may be granted if:

 

Less than 25% of the project has been completed → 50% refund

 

More than 25% of the project has been completed → No refund

 

c. Monthly Marketing Services (e.g., SEO, social media, ad management)Monthly services are billed in advance.

 

Refunds are not available on:

 

Any month that work has already begun

 

Ad spend already allocated to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)If you choose to cancel, your services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

3. Unsatisfactory Service Guarantee

 

If you believe the delivered work does not match what was agreed on:

 

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.We will review the issue and offer revisions at no additional cost.If after revisions you are still not satisfied, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following are strictly non-refundable:

 

Third-party advertising costs

 

Completed digital deliverables (e.g., logos, ad creatives, website files)

 

Consultations already conducted

 

Customized strategy documents

 

Subscription or retainer fees after work has started

 

5. Chargebacks

 

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns.

 

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:

 

Project cancellation

 

Additional fees for time spent responding to the dispute

 

6. How to Request a Refund
